To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know that you will be returning the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we receive your returned item and have confirmed that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns unless there was an error on our part.
